Reonic's mission is to simplify renewable technology sales and management through our software solutions, covering solar, storage, charging, and heat pumps. With over 150 B2B customers and strong investor support, we are looking for an HR Manager who is passionate about contributing to a fast-growing company in the dynamic renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities

  • As a member of a small company, you will be responsible for all HR processes
  • Collaborate closely with management to build a skilled and motivated team
  • Lead recruitment efforts and identify talent needs
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and professional development
  • Create and implement onboarding programs and HR policies to support our evolving needs

Requirements

  • Passionate about driving change in the renewable energy sector
  • Quick learner with a flexible and can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in HR roles, including recruiting and talent management
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR
  • Previous experience in the startup ecosystem and a degree in economics, human resources, or a related field (a plus)
