    Join Our Team as an Associate Attorney at a Leading Trial and Appellate Law Firm!

    Looking to hire a licensed attorney with a passion for social justice to join our team and grow along with us. We offer a competitive starting salary of $75,000 - $105,000 (DOE) with health insurance benefits. You will be responsible for managing cases and court appearances in federal and state courts.

    • Seeking a dynamic, career-focused attorney ready to take on a criminal case load
    • Ideal Candidate: disciplined, organized, aggressive yet compassionate, independent, reliable, with a progressive attitude. Must be willing to work with a diverse staff and clientele, detail-oriented, and focused.
    • Willingness to travel to state and federal courts across southern California (with occasional statewide and out-of-state assignments)

    Responsibilities:

    • Producing high-quality written work such as letters, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
    • Conducting interviews with clients and witnesses, utilizing effective questioning and critical thinking skills
    • Assisting with trial preparation, conducting hearings and discovery
    • Analyzing complex issues and providing effective solutions
