    Workers' Comp. Defense Attorney

    Growing workers' compensation defense firm seeks experienced attorneys for Orange County and Los Angeles offices. Competitive salary, excellent benefits and work environment. At least 5 years of experience.
    Company DescriptionThe law firm of Glenn L. Silverii & Associates' emphasis is on the defense of workers' compensation claims and related employment law issues. Our team of professionals is committed to providing exceptional service with personal attention.

    The firm only represents employers, third party administrators and insurance carriers.

    As such, we handle all aspects of the workers' compensation claim from beginning to end, including claims for serious and willful misconduct on the part of the employer and violation of Labor Code section 132a.

    We also handle any subrogation aspects that may arise in the defense of the case. We also handle employment law related issues.

    In other words, this is a full-service, one-stop defense firm that can handle all of the client's needs for the defense of the workers' compensation claim and related employment law issues.
