    Join our dynamic team We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience to fill an immediate opening at our esteemed firm. If you are a dynamic and energetic individual who excels under pressure, values teamwork, and possesses creative strategic thinking, excellent writing, and advocacy skills, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
    • Conducting and defending depositions, both percipient and expert.
    • Making court appearances.
    • Conducting legal research.
    • Drafting simple and complex correspondence.
    • Meeting with clients.
    • Managing deadlines and exceeding quarterly hourly billing minimums.
    • 1850 Hour minimum

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 4 years of litigation experience.
    • Dynamic and energetic individual with multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
    • Creative strategic thinking.
    • Ability to perform well under pressure.
    • Team player.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary: $115, $140,000.00 per year.
    • Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

    • California Bar dues and Continuing Education Paid.
    • 3% of your annual compensation earned 401(k) plan (vesting immediately) if you remain employed by the firm as of December 31st of each calendar year
