We are currently seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) to join our team in Gypsum, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing rental properties and commercial real estate on an indefinite basis.

HQM Hanse Quartiersmanagement GmbH, a company within the SCHULTZ Group, provides property management services for residential and commercial properties, including condominiums, rental properties, and commercial investments.

Responsibilities:

Management of rental properties and commercial real estate, serving as the main point of contact for owners and tenants
Assisting with the preparation of utility cost statements
Reporting and assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements
Budget creation and monitoring
Oversight and control of operational activities related to the properties
Property inspections and creating action plans, obtaining quotes, and hiring contractors for repairs and maintenance
Reviewing invoices and coordinating with service providers and subcontractors
Conducting lease handovers

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training as a real estate agent and relevant work experience in the real estate industry
Experience with the HAUFE Powerhaus program is desirable
Proficient in MS Office programs
Reliable and able to work well in a team
Detailoriented, organized, and conscientious
Friendly and approachable demeanor
