What can you expect?

During the first 12 months, these will be your main tasks:

  • You identify potential for improvement in our customer journey and proactively implement corresponding improvements
  • You respond to all incoming inquiries within one working day
  • You ensure a great onboarding experience for our new customers
  • You increase the number of hires per year and per customer
Requirements

What should you bring?

  • You are passionate about customer success/account management and ideally have knowledge in the hospitality/travel or SaaS industry
  • You are interested in erecruiting and may have already gained some experience in this field
  • You make datadriven decisions and love to make good things even better
  • You can communicate on an equal level with both familyrun 4star hotels and 5star superior hotel chains
  • You are resilient to stress and can handle difficult customer conversations with ease
  • You are fluent in German and can communicate well in English
  • You have a high affinity for technology
