- Effectively use and manage all software, systems, and tools used by the Legal Department and by their specific legal team (i.e., Contract Central, iManage, Serengeti, Outlook, etc.)
- Assist with POA, notarization, apostille, legalization, etc.
- Open matters and coordinate with Docket team re opening of multiple matters for large filing projects
- File and maintain Trademark Registration Certificates
- Assist with mailing of priority and other documents
- Create SOPs for business and/or team use
- Propose simplification measures to eliminate repetitive, low value, and/or low risk work
- 1+ years of professional or military experience

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include providing front line support for the team, coordinating execution of agreements and official documents, tracking documents, helping ensure the accuracy of records by assisting in the maintenance of the matter tracking system, conducting invoice review for accuracy of billing, performing general office tasks (such as calendaring, filing and budget tracking) and other administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little guidance; react with the appropriate urgency; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and solve issues that arise impacting people within the team and/or related partners.
The candidate will be internal client-service oriented, have high attention to detail while still meeting quick turnarounds and tight deadlines, have great organizational skills, and the ability to quickly pivot and switch gears.
