    Position Description:
    Gray Analytics seeks a skilled systems engineer to join our technology development program.
    We need a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills to help identify customer needs
    and develop solutions. Responsibilities include implementing solutions across digital
    engineering tools, collaborating with team members, engaging with customers, and supporting
    project processes. This role supports our Huntsville, Alabama customer primarily in a hybrid
    work environment. Travel is expected to be less than 10%.


    Responsibilities:

    • Aid in crafting and executing system architectures, requirements, and specifications.
    • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure the system design aligns with customer needs.
    • Analyze system performance and offer improvement suggestions.
    • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
    • Engage in design reviews and testing.
    • Develop and document project and company processes. ,
    • Assist in preparing program documentation deliverables.
    • Support proposal and business development endeavors. Required Skills/Qualifications
    • Familiarity with systems engineering processes and system life cycles.
    • Understanding of defense industry standards and practices, including CCB, requirements management, document approval, and configuration management.
    • Ability to comprehend various engineering disciplines to contribute to system-level discussions.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Strong proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
    • 3-10 years of experience with DoD programs or related efforts.
    • Must be a US Citizen. Desired Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Systems Engineering.
    • Proficiency with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody, etc.
    • Experience in process definition and technical writing.

    Background in property management and procurement Security Clearance:
    Selected applicants may undergo a government security investigation and must meet
    eligibility criteria to obtain and uphold a US DoD Secret Clearance. Salary considerations
