In your role as Lead of Fresh & Frozen Assortment, you will shape the assortment in the corresponding area. Your main tasks will include analyzing and revising the assortment, as well as strategically negotiating with our trade partners.

Job Description

Purchasing and assortment design in the fresh and frozen goods department
Market observation through market, assortment, and competition analyses
Further development of the product portfolio by developing new ideas and concepts for our stores throughout Germany
Close collaboration with other merchandise departments and regional store managers to ensure optimal assortment design

Qualifications

Several years of professional experience in purchasing, category management, product management, or quality management in a retail company (retail/wholesale/online/import) with a focus on fresh products
Excellent ability to analyze and process available data
Degree in business administration or completion of a commercial training program with a focus on retail management
Excellent market, product, and assortment knowledge in the fresh goods
