The Igm Service GmbH, based in Halle/Saale, is a subsidiary of the GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH and part of the Teupe Group, a medium-sized company group in the fields of scaffolding, lifting technology, mechanical engineering, and steel construction. Within the Teupe Group, Gesta GmbH is the specialist in industrial scaffolding and primarily works on-site at energy and steel production plants, as well as in the chemical industry.

As a service provider in the field of scaffolding assembly, Igm Service GmbH, with its approximately 120 employees, works in power plants, the chemical industry, steelworks, and shipyards. We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor (m/f/d) to join our steel construction team in Dormagen.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assembly of small, medium, and large and complex steel construction projects at construction sites throughout Germany, with a focus on North Rhine-Westphalia
  • Adjustment and alignment work using various production and processing methods such as welding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and flame cutting
  • Assembly work on interesting and often prestigious projects
  • Leading a small team onsite
  • Daily documentation of work performance and ensuring quality standards
