About the Role
As a Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with potential clients within the finance and accounting industry.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and contribute to the growth of our talent placement services.

Expectations & DutiesProspecting and Outreach:
Research and identify potential clients (companies) seeking finance and accounting talent.
Reach out to decision-makers, CFOs, Controllers, HR managers, and other relevant contacts via email, phone calls, and networking events.
Introduce our services, highlight our expertise, and establish initial rapport.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Regularly follow up to assess their requirements and provide relevant updates.
Lead Qualification and Conversion:
Evaluate leads based on criteria such as job openings, budget, and urgency.
Qualify leads by assessing their fit for our services.
Convert qualified leads into active clients or candidates.
Market Research and Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Provide insights to the team regarding potential opportunities and challenges.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress.
CRM tools to track and manage leads effectively.
Key Competencies Required for Success
