Our Minneapolis/St Paul Apt branch is looking for a new Multi-site Branch Manager to join our team.

    YOUR ROLE

    As our Multi-site Branch Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, ensuring operational excellence, fostering a dynamic work environment, and driving profitability. You will be responsible for the hands-on management of multiple branches and branch managers, fostering excellence in operations, administration, service, sales and marketing, customer experience, accounting, and overall asset utilization.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • You will guide, train and develop staff while focusing on teamwork.
    • Operational performance, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and planning with a focus towards industry and business trends in the market and competition.
    • You will assume an active role in identifying opportunities to improve operations and drive operational performance while focusing on profitable growth, productivity, quality and cost; responsible for operating the branch within the budget established; and, the development and service of new and existing business.

    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
    • You will have a Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent experience
    • 7+ years' experience in domestic/international freight forwarding experience with hands-on sales, operations, and/or financial management experience.
    • 2-5 years management/leadership experience.
    • Able to travel a minimum of 25%
    • Spanish is beneficial
