This position is responsible for partnering with other leaders in achieving success. The role ensures that the branch operates efficiently and effectively, meets customer expectations, and maintains a smooth workflow. The Branch Manager should be a product and technical knowledge expert. The ability to manage budgets and comprehend financial reporting is key.The Branch Managers can gauge their success by monitoring the KPI's for the role and should manage to the standard set by the KPIs.
The position is responsible for building relationships within the Branch and marketplace that differentiate Louisville Tile by providing a world-class and innovative solution-oriented customer experience.
The Branch Manager should exemplify the company culture and fulfill the corporate mission to realize the corporate vision. This is a full-time Monday - Friday position.Louisville Tile is a family owned business since 1955 with 16 locations.
