For our client, one of the top providers in personnel services, we are currently seeking a Branch Manager (m/f/d) for a permanent position in Woodbury, MN.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the existing branch in a disciplinary manner
  • Budget and revenue responsibility
  • Maintaining relationships with clients, applicants, and employees
  • Expanding the current business field
  • Ensuring internal quality standards and guidelines are met
  • Monitoring and optimizing internal workflows

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel services and active sales
  • High level of commitment and enjoyment in the work
