    This job offers a mix: you'll be in the office on Mondays to Wednesdays, and working from home on Thursdays and Fridays.

    Overview

    The Manager, Operations Finance plays a pivotal role in the Finance Team, reporting to the Director, Operations Finance. This position serves as a key finance ally to field operations, collaborating closely with Divisional and Regional field leaders to assess and report financial outcomes and key performance indicators, oversee labor, optimize trade-offs, and ensure the company not only meets but exceeds its operational targets. The ideal candidate will gain a deep understanding of the company's field operations, foster strong business relationships, and effectively translate data into strategies that boost financial and operational performance. This role is crucial in driving the company’s goals for revenue and EBITDA growth through informed decision-making at the operational level.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct support to field leadership at Divisional, Regional, and District levels by evaluating and presenting financial and operational results as well as variance drivers to operational partners
    • Assist field leadership in managing labor and capacity efficiently based on operational metrics
    • Collaborate with operations to enhance financial models, financial and operational metrics, reporting, and other analytical tools to monitor KPIs and inform business strategies
    • Deliver monthly financial outcomes and variance drivers to operations and company leadership
    • Conduct financial analysis and assist with operational requests to promote revenue and EBITDA growth
    • Supervise and support the professional growth of a direct report

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • Over 5 years of experience in Operations Finance or FP&A
    • Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting processes, with prior experience necessary
    • Familiarity with forecasting data models, both operational and financial
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and tasks to achieve results in a dynamic work environment with varied business priorities
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Team player who excels in engaging with diverse teams
    • Strong determination for results and continual enhancement
    • Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning is a bonus
    • Additional proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and SQL is beneficial
    • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
