We are seeking a consultant who is eager to explore new and innovative approaches with us. You will support us in keeping DIERKES PARTNER on a growth trajectory.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of topics, including:

Conversion and restructuring issues, as well as succession planning
Projectbased tax consulting and support for our clients
Preparation of expert opinions and statements, as well as the development of tax concepts
Assistance with tax audits

Qualifications:

Successfully completed tax consultant exam or state exam
Specialization in conversion tax law or interest in specializing
Previous professional experience as a tax consultant or lawyer in tax planning
Strong analytical, independent, and structured work style, as well as a team player
