    Description

    AmLaw 200 firm with 26 offices across the US, Ireland, & Mexico is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience to work a hybrid schedule. While the position primarily will report to our Los Angeles / San Diego / San Franciso office, candidates are not required to live in Southern California.

    Requirements


    -Clean, active CA bar license
    -3+ years of experience with Labor & Employment law

    • Experience with a broad range of employment issues including single plaintiff employment litigation (e.
    g., workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination lawsuits) and class action/PAGA experience)

    • Litigation experience including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions and arguing motions.
    • Experience taking and defending depositions, and conducting administrative hearings is a plus.
    • Detail oriented and should possess an excellent work ethic, excellent writing, communication, and research skills.

    Benefits

    -$140,000 - $190,000k (actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data)
