Job Description:
- Independent development and construction of models for virtual commissioning and simulation of robotbased manufacturing systems
- Execution, supervision, documentation, and validation of virtual commissioning in customer projects
- Coordination of external partners and communication with partner departments
- Further development and management of a virtual commissioning component library
- Development of software tools for a seamless digital twin of the system and automatic model generation
Candidate Profile:
- Completed degree or technician training in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or equivalent
- Solid technical understanding of mechatronic systems
- Knowledge of offline programming (Process Simulate, KUKA.Sim, etc.) is desirable
- Programming skills in common languages such as Python/C#/C++/Java
- Knowledge of PLC and/or robot programming or experience in onsite assembly is a plus
- Good English skills
- Willingness to travel
