    Overview:


    Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local university to recruit three Temporary Telecommunications Support Specialists for their upcoming Microsoft Teams telephone rollout project.

    This project is a pivotal initiative for the university's communication infrastructure enhancement, and we are seeking qualified individuals to assist in its successful implementation.


    Position Summary:


    The Temporary Telecommunications Support Specialists will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance during the Microsoft Teams telephone rollout project.

    They will work closely with university staff to troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications issues, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide technical support for the Microsoft Teams telephone system.
    Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving telecommunications issues.
    Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the successful implementation and operation of the new system.
    Document and report any issues or challenges encountered during the project.

    Previous experience in telecommunications support or a similar role.
    Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or similar communication platforms.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Additional Requirements:
    Availability to start on May 20th and commit to the specified schedule.
    Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.

    Job Types:
    Full-time, Part-time


    Pay:
    From $20.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 24 per week
