- Conducts departmental new hire training and orientation for staff.
- Develops curriculums and delivers classroom training.
- Contributes to the design and development of new programs and existing program enhancements.
- Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress.
- Effectively communicates department processes necessary to meet company standards.
- Creates reports including status updates on training issues and initiatives.
- Schedules training events and communicates details.
- Reliable attendance is a must
