Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the execution and management of construction projects in civil engineering
- You will oversee the bidding and planning process
- You will be accountable for costs, deadlines, quality, and safety
- You will coordinate with construction partners from a technical, contractual, and economic perspective
- You will also be responsible for reviewing invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
What we are looking for
- Completed degree in civil engineering (FH/TU) or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the construction industry
- Experience with BIM and LEAN is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and a billing and calculation program (preferably ARRIBA/RIB iTWO)
- Experience with time-distance planning software (Tilos) and project planning software (PowerProject, MS-Project)
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented work style
