Description

We are looking for friendly, passionate individuals for several temporary positions as Sales Assistants for our store in Munich, located on Neuhauser Straße.

These positions report to the Store Manager and are responsible for providing our customers with a unique, first-class shopping experience and representing the Dr.

Martens brand authentically by showcasing our products and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling amazed.

Student Workers - Key Responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional and memorable customer service.
Selling and displaying Dr. Martens products in the store. Achieving individual sales targets and overall store performance goals.
Conducting cash transactions in accordance with store procedures.
Fulfilling all store operations, such as receiving deliveries, recording start and end of shift, conducting inventory, restocking merchandise, etc.
Adhering to all health and safety procedures to maintain a healthy, safe, and clean work environment.
Other reasonable tasks assigned by the store management team.

Student Workers - Basic Requirements:

Valid enrollment certificate required:

Similar experience in retail or customer service, preferably with a fashion/lifestyle brand.
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
Resultsdriven attitude and willingness to support the team in achieving store goals and targets.
Professional, yet authentic and fearless demeanor
Valid enrollment certificate required.
