As a
Commercial Employee for Warehouse Accounting (m/f/d), you will support our team in all matters related to inventory management and logistics, from procurement to fulfillment and analysis of various key figures.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting warehouse management / inbound and outbound bookings in the Exact Globe warehouse management system
Warehouse transfers
Preparation of warehouse orders, coordination with warehouse staff and tracking of processing status
First point of contact for problems and questions via phone or email
Delegating, tracking and responding to customer inquiries
Regular exchange with field staff
Placing orders at the headquarters in the Netherlands for central warehouses in Germany
Participating in regular inventory checks
Regular communication in English with production/logistics in the Netherlands
Assisting with various administrative tasks and supporting the development of relevant commercial company processes
