- Experience in a related field preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Computer experience necessary
- Customer service and sales skills are a plus
- Flexible work hours

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Handle client queries and issues promptly
- Keep up with company meetings and training

- Show initiative and anticipate client needs
- Perform additional duties as required
- Answer calls enthusiastically following script guidelines
- Make regular business acquisition cold calls
- Promote social media engagement with clients
- Respond to client inquiries promptly
- Manage package and message delivery
- Utilize construction software for worker dispatch
- Assist clients with service and maintenance queries
- Stay informed on rates, packages, and promotions
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
- Be equipped with construction terminology knowledge
- Familiarity with emergency procedures
- Inventory management of supplies
- Operate construction computer systems proficiently
- Ensure timely completion of shift tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to any additional tasks delegated by management
