Job Summary:
Quotes & Proofs:
Includes using CorelDraw (graphic software) to create a mockup of the personalization requested. Understanding the pricing structure and quoting with appropriate discounts if necessary. Contacting vendors to obtain pricing metrics
Job Duties (included but not limited to):

Understanding product knowledge:

Analyzing pricing structure to send quotes:
Using Quickbooks to enter sales orders:
Using CorelDraw to send layout mockups and proofs:
Processing orders and sending order confirmation receipts:
Maintaining inventory:
-
Placing purchase orders from vendors:
Other duties as necessary
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent:
Eligible to work in the U
S:

2+ years of prior customer service experience required:
Excellent communication skills- written and verbal:
Fast learner with the willingness and ability to take initiative:
Willing to learn about different products and software:
High attention to detail:

Technical skills:

Some graphic design experience
