About the Job:

The CSR will serve as the point of contact between the customers and our warehouse. They will have outstanding customer service skills. They must be able to multi-task and keep up with their work to be done. Reports to the Office Manager.


DUTIES

• Greets people in person or over the phone in a friendly, professional approach.
• Answers customer service calls
• Inputs new purchase orders and process returns.
• Invoices customers and collect payments when needed
• Informs customers of order status and changes when needed
• Sets up shipments via Freight trucks and UPS
• Interacts with sales and warehouse personnel to ensure customers' needs are met.
• Refills coffee throughout the day and prepares the coffee machine for the next day

REQUIREMENTS

• Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Has great communications skills
• Completes daily tasks in a timely manner with little supervision
• Maintains a clean, organized workspace
• Must be dependable and honor their work ethic
• Follows office procedures

Pay:
$20.00 per hour
