Our client, a service-oriented logistics provider, offers order processing with a strong focus on mail order and e-commerce.We are looking for you (m/f/d) to handle customer inquiries and manage the verbal and written processing of requests in Coats Bend, AL.
Your team will be responsible for:
- Order processing and tracking, including delivery date inquiries
- Handling complaints and clarifying invoices
- Verification of address and bank details
- Answering questions about the product range
- Providing assistance with using the online portal
- Back office tasks
