We have won most of the world's top brand identity and packaging design awards including the first ever Cannes Grand Prix for Design, and we are the only design company to have our work inducted into the CLIO Awards Hall of Fame. Clients

We work with many of the world's leading brands including: Amazon, Burger King, Coca-Cola, Elemis, Kraft Foods, Levi's, Miller, Oreo, Reese's, American Red Cross, SKYY Vodka, Samsung, Sprite, Tassimo, Toblerone, Tuborg, The Glenlivet, Waitrose and Visa. But we also work with entrepreneurial brands like popchips, Liz Earle and OpenTable. We apply the learning from the big brands to help start-ups make it big, and infuse the work we do for global giants with the entrepreneurial spirit.

Job Description

Overview

We're looking for someone who obsesses over the details as much as the big picture too. Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with Design Directors, Creative Directors and their teams to create best-in-class designs from strategy to realization; fostering a sense of teamwork in the service of our design process

Forging partnerships with day-to-day clients as well as C-Suite

Analyzing client feedback and writing/overseeing briefs for the internal team

Providing competitive landscape/category point of view

Assessing project resource needs against workstream budgets and creative tasks

Crafting proposals and working with the creative team to deliver creative excellence on budget

Presenting with confidence, advocating for the creative work in client discussions

Mentoring and coaching junior account team members

Reports to: Group Account Director

Qualifications

Requirements

8+ years of experience working in an advertising or design agency.

Strong collaboration and organizational skills are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be a wizard Acrobat, Keynote, Excel, PPT and Word for MAC, and Google docs.

Additional Information

Mandate for In-Studio Collaboration (San Francisco Studio)

3 days/week, specifically Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Compensation Range

$91,000 - $154,000This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
