Responsibilities:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

When I'm not talking about insurance, I enjoy traveling, pretending to be a gourmet cook, reading WWII-era fiction, and spending time with my grands; Emmy and Lilly.

About Our Agency We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.

Our office is located in Hendersonville and Gallatin, TN.Our office is open 8-5.I have been a State Farm agent since 1992.I am a proud graduate of Gallatin High School and Middle Tennessee State University.

We currently have 14 team members at our agency.
