- Provide an estimate of work to be done at the relevant government facilities, including preventive maintenance, service calls, and out-of-contract work.
- Oversee and coordinate all commercial facility maintenance transactions
- Communicate with government employees/inspectors
- Investigate and resolve clients' complaints
- Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Enforce rules and regulations governing applicable buildings
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance and preventative maintenance preferably in a government organization.
- Experience with RS means software
- Strong Microsoft excel skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
