Job Summary:

You will utilize therapeuticcommunication in daily practice, maintains a safe therapeutic environment, andidentifies nursing problems as they relate to the individual needs of thepatient.
You must demonstrate age specificknowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment andcare of patients.
Ensuring the privacy of ourpatients and confidentiality of their Protected Health Information (PHI) iscore to your role.
You will utilize the nursingprocess for individual care to meet needs of patients and document all patientcare.
Your role demonstrates the abilityto perform technical skills, follow procedures, and show critical thinking.
You will provide care and coordinateparticipation that fosters the goals of the hospital's mission and visionstatement.

TriStarStoneCrest proudly serves Rutherford County Tennessee and surrounding communities.Our 115-bed hospital offers complete medical care for adults and children,including emergency, surgical, maternity, imaging, cardiology, neurology,orthopedic, physical medicine, sleep medicine and oncology services. Qualifications

Current licensure as an RN
Current ACLS
Current BLS Certification from the American Red Cross (HCA chosen provider) OR American Heart Association is required.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
1 year of RN experience
Nursery experience preferred
