- Conduct market research on client prospects within assigned specialties.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, forecasting closing dates and revenue.
- Arrange appointments with decision makers and present value propositions.
- Obtain pricing and negotiate special services.
- Manage the contracting process and facilitate client set-up and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate client and prospect records in SFDC.
- Five years of sales experience in diagnostic sales and servicing.
- Call points experience in Allergy, Immunology, Internal Medicine, etc.
- Five years of diagnostic sales experience in general and specialty fields.
- Clinical knowledge of assigned specialties.
- Understanding of sales processes, account management, and sales productivity tools (e.g., SFDC).
- Proven capability in prospecting, strategizing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
