    Job DescriptionSalary: $125k

    Kept Companies is the largest self-performing commercial cleaning and maintenance company in the nation. With nine leading brands and over 100 operations located nationwide servicing industries including restaurant, solar, retail, transportation and supermarkets, Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishment and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services in the nation.

    Kept Companies is seeking a Regional Manager for operational oversight in our central region. The RM will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and be responsible to ensure the safety and compliance and profitability of nine operations located in Texas, Arkansas and Tennessee. Ideally, this position will be based in Texas although consideration may be given for other states depending upon experience. The RM may have up to 3 direct reports (District Managers) and periodic travel is required.

    Responsibilities

    • Safety and compliance adherence and accountability
    • P&L oversight and accountability
    • Operational KPI accountability
    • SOP adherence and audit accountability
    • Strategic and financial planning
    • Key customer relationships

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business management, facilities management, economics or related field
    • Minimum of seven years experience overseeing multiple operations with P&L accountability
    • Minimum of three years experience in strategic planning and execution
    • Proven ability in managing teams and the successful execution of company initiatives
    • Periodic travel
