Visit to learn more about the company and brands.Job responsibilities but not limited to:- Conduct product demonstrations in retail locations, including grocery stores, supermarkets, and special events, to achieve the sales goals for the products for the assigned retail location.- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to introduce products and highlight key features and benefits.- Ensure expertise in products and tasting methods to maximize the effectiveness of promotions.- Champion to train to other external product demonstrators.- Prepare and sample food products according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements while preparing samples.- Provide product information, answer customer questions, and address any concerns or inquiries.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of demonstration area before, during, and after each demonstration.- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to appropriate personnel.- Collaborate with team to meet product sales goals and provide weekly report.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years working in food product demonstration- Food safety experience preferred- Safe usage of food appliances, including hot appliances- Comfortable interacting with customers in a friend, professional, and enthusiastic manner- Ability to lift over 40 lbs., stand for an extended period of time- Ability to drive for local demonstrations.- Ability to travel 15% of the time for domestic travels for demonstration.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT- Must be able to work on weekends.- Food handler certificate required.- Bilingual in Korean- Workdays will be Thursday to Monday. Opportunity for overtime pay.
