Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Present and promote products or services to secure sales
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to persuade customers to purchase products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or related field
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Familiarity with technical sales, business development, and market trends
- Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce
