    Sales Development Representative at PACE Engineering

    PACE Engineering is one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., connecting world-class talent with innovative AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering startups. We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow our network and build relationships with leading startups.

    Role: Sales Development Representative

    As a Sales Development Representative at PACE Engineering, you'll play a key role in driving new business opportunities and expanding PACE Engineering's presence in the AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering markets. You'll engage with founders, executives, and decision-makers to generate leads, qualify prospects, and build strong client relationships. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to start a career in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with opportunities to grow into account management or sales leadership.

    What You'll Do:

    • Research and identify high-potential startups and companies in AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering
    • Reach out to founders, executives, and decision-makers to start conversations
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
    • Share insights into PACE's services and solutions in a clear, approachable way
    • Track market trends and company news to identify opportunities

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any field
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Motivated to learn about sales and business development
    • Comfortable with outreach, lead generation, and following up with prospects
    • Interested in growing into account management or sales leadership

    PACE Engineering offers a base salary plus fully uncapped commission.

    PACE Engineering offers a hybrid work schedule.
