To not only design but to breathe life into solutions that seamlessly blend the wisdom of research scientists and the demands of our end-users, all while navigating the complexities of on-device inference and the training of large language models.

    Required Skills:

  • Mastery in Python programming is a must, with a bonus if you wield the power of C++.

  • Thrive in the collaborative arena, where you'll join forces with internal engineers and external developers to sculpt and implement groundbreaking agent features.

  • Eager to explore the fusion of traditional search and optimization algorithms with the prowess of large language models.

  • Fearless in the face of unfamiliar codebases, ready to unravel mysteries and debug with gusto.

    responsibilities:
  • Developing techniques that allow LLMs to reliably author complex, game-playing behaviors.

  • Creatively combining insights from different publications and domains into solutions that meet the unique needs and capabilities of our customers.

  • Extending our agent infrastructure to enable a wide variety of game mechanics, agent behaviors, and task definitions.

  • Directly supporting external game developers, acting as the bridge between their specific needs and our product plans
