Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Identify, strategize, and oversee enhancements in the organization's operational server infrastructure.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among the various technical teams within the organization.
  • Establish bestpractice protocols and procedures in software development across the organization, promoting overall service reliability and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record as a manager and mentor leading engineering teams.
  • Extensive experience operating within highly available, highvolume 24x7 production environments and overseeing largescale server cluster infrastructure.
  • Proficient in documenting, communicating, and disseminating crucial knowledge to both engineering and product teams.
  • Enthusiastic about automation, testing, leveraging data for decisionmaking, and generating informative reports.
  • Familiar with Linux system administration and bestpractice software development practices.
  • Experienced in deploying and managing search services.
  • Knowledgeable about best practices related to technical security.
  • Outstanding communication and group decisionmaking skills.
  • Wellversed in opensource methodologies with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science or possesses equivalent practical experience.
