Responsibilities & Duties:
- Identify, strategize, and oversee enhancements in the organization's operational server infrastructure.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among the various technical teams within the organization.
- Establish bestpractice protocols and procedures in software development across the organization, promoting overall service reliability and scalability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record as a manager and mentor leading engineering teams.
- Extensive experience operating within highly available, highvolume 24x7 production environments and overseeing largescale server cluster infrastructure.
- Proficient in documenting, communicating, and disseminating crucial knowledge to both engineering and product teams.
- Enthusiastic about automation, testing, leveraging data for decisionmaking, and generating informative reports.
- Familiar with Linux system administration and bestpractice software development practices.
- Experienced in deploying and managing search services.
- Knowledgeable about best practices related to technical security.
- Outstanding communication and group decisionmaking skills.
- Wellversed in opensource methodologies with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends.
- Holds a degree in Computer Science or possesses equivalent practical experience.
