Working in the Lidl branch in Vinton, TX means bringing energy to the trade every day and ensuring satisfied customers.

Your tasks

You support your branch manager in all matters related to the professional leadership, organization, and motivation of your team of 2040 employees
This includes not only optimizing processes behind the scenes, but also actively working on the sales floor
You take care of scheduling and inventory and represent the branch manager in their absence
Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a wellkept store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers

Your profile

Professional experience in retail or a similar industry with initial leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
Team player with a high level of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
Strong decisionmaking skills and resultsoriented
Willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits

Aboveaverage salary of 2,85 3,626 €/month (fulltime) plus vacation and Christmas bonus
Permanent employment contract and 6 weeks of vacation per year
