To strengthen our team at our Friesoythe location, we are currently seeking a
Head of Sterile Filling (m/f/d) for Pharmaceutical Production to join us immediately,
until the end of 2024, on a full-time basis.


Your responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for cGMPcompliant filling of pharmaceuticals and documentation of filling processes, including approval of protocols
  • Supervision of employees in terms of technical and disciplinary matters
  • Employee development through coaching/mentoring
  • Responsibility for implementing corporate and general guidelines (GMP, occupational safety, environmental protection) in the department
  • Processing of change requests, deviations, and complaints in the department
  • Review and revision of departmentspecific instructions or modules
  • Representation of the department during audits/inspections
  • Continuous improvement of processes using known Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, as well as inclusion

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational, technical school, or university education in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, pharmacy, food technology, biotechnology)
  • Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the industrial sector aseptic
