    Responsibilities:
    Generate high-quality leads for the Sales team through meticulously designed and executed lead generation programs.
    Elevate JoVE's visibility among K-12 teachers and district decision-makers, fostering increased awareness and engagement.
    Produce impactful marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, and blogs, that effectively communicate JoVE's value proposition.
    Organize and deliver webinars that position JoVE as an industry leader, showcasing expertise and driving engagement.
    Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, measure performance metrics, and continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
    Spearhead JoVE's presence at educational conferences, workshops, and events tailored to the K-12 audience, ensuring impactful representation and engagement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the K-12 education sector, with a strong understanding of the unique dynamics and challenges of the market.

    Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies targeting grassroots teachers and district decision-makers.
    Experience in creating engaging marketing content across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven marketing techniques and tools.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
    Passion for education and a commitment to improving science education outcomes for high school students.
