In this role, you are responsible for assisting the effort within the Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Unit to ensure program success and compliance.
You are responsible for developing, implementing, and administering SDS programs to ensure appropriate and effective eligibility and program structure for Home & Community Based Medicaid Waiver for people experiencing developmental disabilities.
Your duties include but are not limited to evaluating Developmental Disabilities (DD) applications for services and determining DD eligibility; participating in ranking and evaluation of DD registry assessments; IDD waiver review of support plans; making referrals to appropriate programs and/or funding sources; assessing program eligibility using the Inventory for Client & Agency Planning (ICAP) or other functional assessments; determining Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) institutional placement; and/or reviewing services through the IDD and ISW Home and Community-Based Medicaid program.

Public Health:
