Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcoming guests (echeckin)
  • Checking guests into our reservation system
  • Selling and distributing services (e.g. bedding, towels)
  • Selling activities and entering bookings
  • Handling written, telephone, and digital guest inquiries
  • Properly handling complaints and incidents
  • Administrative preparation for arrivals and departures: checkin procedures, key hand
