    Description
    Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is looking for skilled role players to act as Allied Partnership Unit Commanders, Staff Officers, and interpreters for partnership training and interoperability planning sessions in Ft. Cavazos,TX .These sessions will occur in English and Arabic-Gulf ("DG"). The role players will participate in the Realistic Training Unit (RTU) acting as Battalion Commanders and Operations Officers focusing on enhancing partnership capabilities and interoperability.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • US Citizen
    • Role Player / COB experience
    • Fluency in both English and Arabic-Gulf ("DG"), with conversational proficiency in tactical military operations
    • Military experience working in a battalion or brigade headquarters
    • Strong understanding of partnership and interoperability planning processes
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic training environment
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing training scenarios and requirements
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Experience conducting pre-mission training


    • Able to achieve 3/3/3 in Arabic and English


    • Experience working at combat training centers (CTCs, such as NTC, JRTC, JMRTC, and Twenty-Nine Palms)


    • Military background with a basic understanding of military operations, terms, and phrases


    • United States Central Command (CENTCOM) experience (for some specific roles, not all specific)


    • 3 years experience as a role player (for some specific roles)


    • 3 years of experience working with Special Operations (only required for OPFOR roles)


    • Prior service infantry or SOF experience (only required for OPFOR roles)


    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred


    • Military experience preferred, particularly in battalion or brigade-level operations


    • Interpretation certification or equivalent experience required for interpretation role players
