    Job Title: Labor And Employment Senior Attorney

    Package: $280,000 Basic Salary + Bonus

    Location: Cincinnati, OH (office based/5 days)

    Role Overview: Looking for a Senior Attorney in Labor & Employment to contribute to the firm's growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Experience in advising employers on union issues, organizing campaigns, and union avoidance.
    • Advising employers on claims under various acts.
    • Guiding clients on employment matters such as wage-hour, family and medical leave, discipline, and termination.
    • Assisting clients in litigation avoidance and dispute resolution.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in Management Side Labor and Employment Law.
    • Team player with a positive, ambitious mindset.
