    A family owned and operated, small business in Las Vegas is looking for an energetic candidate for a part-time Field Home Health Marketer. The ideal candidate will have experience in the home care referral process and have established relationships or the ability to develop relationships with a variety of community entities with goal of generating patient referrals.

    As a Field Home Health Marketer, you will:
    - assist for the growth of our agency patient census.
    - coordinate admissions and oversee all marketing initiatives for our facility.
    - meet with hospital case managers, discharge planners, local assisted living and adult homes.
    - coordinate and implement effective facility marketing and sales programs in the area.
    -responsible for referral flow to the facility by building relationships with hospitals, long term care facilities and other community resources and able to identify and evaluate potential referral sources.
    - following up on leads and referrals from family members, caregivers, and other sources.
    -report referral activities and outcomes and maintain source reference list for future referrals (i.e. source and patient lists).
    -work on leads provided by our strategic vendor partners to schedule initial meetings and onsite assessments for prospective patients with our intake team.
    -organize, communicate and fill attendance for upcoming home care education and health care events for prospective patients.

    Qualifications:
    -1+ years in a sales or marketing role in a professional setting (home care and/or healthcare preferred).
    -Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
    -Ability to work autonomously while possessing strong leadership skills.
    -Demonstrated ability to understand and promote technical information (i.e. clinical outcomes, data points).
    - Knowledge of healthcare facilities, admissions procedures and insurances a plus.
    -Bilingual a plus.
    -Reliable transportation, travel required for this position.
    -Knowledge of home care/Medicare eligibility.

    Job Type: Part-time

    Work Location: On the road / occasional office visit
