    What we're looking for

    We're looking for an Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise Technology team. This team is responsible for building the internal engines that power our global supply chain of physical and digital products.This team works closely with customer service, warehouse staff, and market leads in many countries to support Unicity's growth.

    What you'll do

  • Drive desired outcomes and optimize user experience by supporting projects through problem definition, shaping, prototyping, development, release, and maintenance
  • Engage in product discovery process through weekly interviewing, research, and other activities, eventually maturing to the level where you can independently lead product discovery efforts for one or more of our internal tools
  • Help write user stories and answer developer questions on new functionality
  • Be the product expert: Perform customer service duties for new product launches and help users troubleshoot errors
  • Produce help center articles and video tutorials for new software features
  • Use analytics tools to find insights on users
  • Be responsible for hitting the key performance indicators in your area of charge
  • Travel (occasionally) to other markets to create relationships with stakeholders

  • You can converse fluently on technical topics with developers
  • You've worked with a cross-functional team to build software
  • You've developed strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills

  • We require 1-2 days each week at a minimum at our Provo or Las Vegas locations; in-person time is essential for this role in order to understand the needs of stakeholders and build close relationships with them.
