As an Accounting Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial activities of the company. You will be the primary point of contact for all accounting matters, and preparing financial reports.

Ability to drive results, manage resources effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

Effectively oversee and regulate outstanding invoices from suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal protocols. Facilitate electronic payments and issue checks to suppliers
Ensure precision in information provision and meticulous control over all payments and invoices related to utilities and leases
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting and tax regulations.
Develop and maintain efficient accounting policies and procedures.
Manage the monthly and annual accounting closing cycle effectively.
Collaborate with the external audit team to ensure a smooth and successful audit process.
Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Participate in financial planning and strategic decisionmaking for the company.

Requirements:

Previous experience of at least 2 years in accounting roles.
Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and experience with Quickbooks systems.
