Job DescriptionAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts within the Benefits & Insurance fields. This role involves assisting clients with inquiries on various coverages, plans, and ancillary products, as well as resolving employee claim issues.
Responsibilities:
· Manage assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries on benefits and assisting with claim issues.
· Enroll companies and their staff in selected carrier plans, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate documentation.
· Learn and master our Broker Dealer Software, providing guidance and training to clients and company staff.
· Communicate effectively with clients, answer inquiries, and educate them on benefits and plan options.
· Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, demonstrating patience and empathy when dealing with clients and employees of varying levels.
· Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak periods with heavy deadlines.
· Keep office space clean and assist in maintaining cleanliness in all common areas.
· Take ownership of mistakes and promptly notify the supervisor.
· Adhere to professional business attire standards and work collaboratively as part of a team.
· Assist teammates when needed and perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
· Other duties may be assigned by upper management.
