    Summary

    Chavez Radio Group is looking for a talented, passionate and driven Regional Digital Sales Specialist to join our radio family. What makes us different?     Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    + Provide support to our sales Media Sales Consultants as part of the digital sales process.

    + Research and finding leads to building a strong digital sale pipeline.

    + Accurately forecast sales, to meet and exceed monthly digital sales budgets.

    + Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.

    + Measure ROI and KPIs to assure client schedules are fulfilled.

    + Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

    + Mentor team of Media Account Consultants to gain stronger understanding of digital sales platforms.

    + Expected to support assigned teams to collectively meet monthly digital sales objectives.

    + Responsible for processing of client digital schedules.

    Education and/or Experience

    + 1-3 years of experience as a Digital Media Sales Executive.

    + 1-3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

    + Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.

    + Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.

    + 1-3 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.

    + Familiarity with web design a plus but not necessary.

    + Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a companys success.

    + Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

    + Team player

    + Excellent time-management skills.

    + Great interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Skilled multi-tasker.

    Salary

    $36,000 - $48,000 per year DOE
